A great eatery is a combination of great food and great service, never just one of those things. Dunkin provides great food, but a young man named Marlon is the service. Unlike the younger folks that roll their eyes and speak dryly, Marlon clearly wants to make a good impression on Dunkin's Customers. I will certainly be back
I Haven't Been To a Dunkin Donuts In a Long Time. I Decided To Go Because I Wanted a Bagel. I Ordered a Bagel With Extra Cream Cheese. The Amount Of Cream Cheese On My Bagel Was Sufficient But I Did Request That They Cut The Bagel In Half. I Was Told "We're Not Allowed To Cut It... We Don't Have a Knife To Cut It"... It's Not a Sandwich, It's a Bagel. Asking For a Bagel To Be Cut In Half Is Not Unheard Of. The Fact That They're "Not Allowed" To Cut The Bagel After They're Made Is Preposterous. This Is Why I Stopped Going To Dunkin In The First Place.
UPDATE: have been back several times since my last encounter and have had nothing but pleasant interactions with the current staff. Helpful with subs, friendly, etc. adjusting my rating based on current experience.
Old review: Worst customer service every time and usually from the same employee. Just nasty from the moment you speak to her and basically launches your order at you when you get to the window. Tonight she happened to get our order wrong and got upset WITH US??? Literally going to make the drive down to moss park moving forward cause she puts us in a mood every single time.
